Recreational Respite and Rachele Manett came together after a number of discussions that we had had with those we serve and their families, about the need for more programs that addressed sexual health and relationships. to host a four part workshop series exploring sexual health and healthy sexual relationships, for our young adults with disabilities (ages 18+). We brought Rachele Manett (CTRS) to host this series of workshops, in our virtual group programs and covered the following topics:
* Consent and communication 101
* Communication about sex
* Exploring our bodies
* Setting and respecting boundaries
The sessions were well attended, very engaging and so important!
