We are thrilled to announce a new and exclusive partnership with Always Connected Treatment Network this summer in Hamilton, Ontario! Stepping Stones Summer Camp is a dynamic and inclusive environment designed to cater to the needs of diverse learners. Recreational Respite will foster a space where every camper can fully engage, feel valued, and participate in meaningful experiences. Our day camp offers a 6:1 ratio to ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe and enriching recreational experience, with a focus on empowerment and inclusion.
Always Connected Treatment Network offers the choice to participate in this camp with smaller ratio options including 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 therapy options. Always Connected fosters a safe, inclusive, and enriching experience where all campers are empowered to explore new activities, build skills, and engage in meaningful social interactions, promoting both independence and community. Camp funding is available to families who qualify (including CAP: Respite/Recreation).

Days/Time: Monday-Friday, from 9:00-4:00pm daily
Camp Weeks: July 14-18, July 21-25, Aug 11-15 & Aug 18-22, 2025.

Who is Recreational Respite?
RecRespite (est. 2008) promotes inclusion and nurtures social health for children, youth, and adults with disabilities, mental health experiences, and other barriers to participation. Services include one-to-one respite support, group programs (virtual and in-person), and community partnerships that focus on inclusion, connection and participation. Recreational Respite’s supports and services are recognized by public/ministry and private foundations for funding or reimbursement for families who qualify.
Who is Always Connected Treatment Network?
Founded in 2015, Always Connected Treatment Network (ACTN) is an interdisciplinary therapeutic team supporting children, youth and adults with diverse learning needs and developmental disabilities. As a women-owned and Behaviour Analyst lead business, ACTN strives to be a leader in providing individualized therapy support and community outreach. As a centralized hub of resources, their services provide virtual and in-person support to individuals and their families through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological Services, Psychotherapy, Caregiver Support Programs and more! ACTN proudly serves the Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon), Greater Hamilton Region (East Hamilton, West Hamilton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Dundas, Stoney Creek) and surrounding communities including Halton Region (Burlington, Milton and Oakville). They have two centers located in Mississauga (#1-6620 Kitimat Road) and Hamilton (420 Crerar Drive).
