A new chapter begins at Recreational Respite, as we welcome Allison Reis as our new Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Allison has been an instrumental leader at Recreational Respite for six years, leading innovative partnerships, increasing efficiencies as our organization grew to a national scope, developing quality control measures, strengthening our pandemic response, and navigating support for the families and individuals that we serve every day.
Allison is a strong advocate for social health and inclusion, and stands out for her remarkable intuition and ability to bring people together. She started at Recreational Respite as a respite care provider, and through initiative and hard work she advanced to leadership positions in our organization, always staying connected with what matters most – the individuals and families that we serve.
To our outgoing CEO, and our founder Amy MacFarlane: As you start your new chapter, please know that your legacy will stay with us.
