In-Person 1:1 Support
Our Community Engagement Providers (CEPs) support children, youth and adults who have a disability, struggle with mental health, or other barriers to participation. This service is offered in-home or in community settings. We identify and address individual needs, abilities, strengths, and interests while targeting outcomes of social health, emotional wellness, skill development, and independence. Please note that this service does not include personal care services.
We also require a Recreation Therapy Assessment to be completed, this consists of a 1 hour virtual meeting with our Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to set goals and determine skills and interests to best outline expectations of services. Only available in Ontario and British Columbia.
Recreation Therapy Assessment: $100.00 +tax (one-time fee)
Hourly Rate: $42.50-$44.50 +tax
Minimum Scheduling Requirement: 8-hours per month, 2-hours per session
Mileage (optional): $0.83/km +tax
